Job Description:

Sourcemap is seeking a Client Success Associate to join our growing Client Success team. For this position, you will work closely with the Client Success, Sales, and Product teams, strategizing and architecting successful onboarding experiences for our newest clients. You will bring excitement to customers, delivering projects successfully against the predetermined Scope of Work (SOW) and key metrics. You will manage the internal process to enable the delivery of solutions for clients, all the while seeking to understand and meet the customer’s needs. Sourcemap is headquartered in New York City, with an office in Paris. This position is for our Paris office, with an option to work remote two days a week.


  1. Client Lifecycle Enablement: Oversee multiple implementations for clients, acting as a hybrid project manager and technical business consultant and liaising between Client Success, Product and Sales to ensure that the SOW is successfully delivered
  2. Product Expertise: Understand the Sourcemap platform end-to-end to provide guidance and best practices on configuration options to meet client needs
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure all configurations, integrations, and customizations are fully tested and ready for deployment
  4. Other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience implementing B2B SaaS software for enterprise clients as the project lead with full responsibility for onboarding
  • Experience working cross-functionally to design, scope, and deploy technology solutions; including a focus on data analysis and reporting for supply chain management, sustainability, or international business
  • Familiarity with commodity supply chains, such as cocoa, coffee, cotton, palm, or soy (preferred)
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization (preferred)

  • Strong relationship builder, with excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex concepts with ease
  • Self-starter and creative thinker with the ability to work with a high degree of independence and proactively drive forward solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in order to meet demanding deadlines
  • High attention to detail with steadfast organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with other analytical software or BI tools is a plus
  • Proficient in English and an additional language (e.g. French, Spanish, Mandarin) (preferred)
