Graphic Designer & Content Creation Apprenticeship
Sistech is a non-profit organization under the French law of 1901, recognised as being of general interest, non-religious and non-political, created back in 2017 in Paris in order to empower uprooted & displaced women through the qualified and sustainable tech or digital jobs of their choice.
Since 2021, Sistech, previously known as #TF4Women by Techfugees, operates in Greece, Italy and France thanks to a team of twelve committed people as well as volunteers standing with us for diversity and inclusion by offering their time and skills within our Fellowship programmes.
The organization fully rebranded in 2022 and is currently strengthening its new presence online. We are looking for a creative mind to create content and suggest new ideas in order to take advantage of more communication opportunities to support our work and highlight our achievements.
Responsibilities & Missions
Under the supervision of the Communications Officer, the Graphic Designer Apprentice will be in charge of:

Design contents to support communications

visuals, GIF or videos to nurture the daily social media posts;

flyers, presentations, one pagers, infographies etc to support the operations;

make photo and video shootings in order to gather relevant material and produce contents.

Suggest new ideas and go further than what we currently produce

suggest new ways to highlight our achievements and impact, and how to use the content we already have

think of new content to be produced

stay updated on the new formats, tools and techniques of content creation & design
Work conditions
- A 2-years apprenticeship
- Localisation: preferably in Paris (but we could consider our offices in Milan or Athens)
- This position is only open to candidates that could provide an apprenticeship contract between their school and our French or Italian legal branches.
- Legal gratification and usual work conditions will be applied.
