Sistech is an association under the French law of 1901, recognised as being of general interest, non religious and non-political, created back in 2017 in Paris in order to empower uprooted & displaced women through the qualified and sustainable tech or digital job of their choice.

Since 2021, Sistech, previously known as #TF4Women by Techfugees, operates in Greece, Italy and France thanks to a team of ten as well as Volunteers standing with us for diversity and inclusion by offering their time and skills within our Fellowship programmes.

The organization fully rebranded at the beginning of this year and we recently expanded our playground in Europe so we need a creative mind in order to support the definition of our new brand galaxy and take advantage of more communication opportunities to accompany our growth and highlight our achievements.

Responsibilities & Missions

Under the supervision of the Communications Officer & Deputy Director, the Communications & Design Apprentice will be in charge of:

Skills & qualities we are looking for

For that position, we are looking for:

a student in graphic art / design / communication with at least 3 years of university studies;
knowing how to use Canva, the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects…) and photo/video production (motion design…);
comfortable with the social media new formats and tones;
with at least one previous professional experience (a first internship or apprenticeship);
who speaks English, other languages (French, Italian, Greek, Arabic…) would be appreciated;
creative and rigorous, autonomous and team player;
comfortable with collaborative online tools;
sharing the strong values of the Team and aligned with the cause we serve at Sistech.

Work conditions

A 2-years apprenticeship
Localisation: preferably in Paris (but we could consider our offices in Milan or Athens)
This position is only open to candidates that could provide an apprenticeship contract between their school and our French or Italian legal branches.
Legal gratification and usual work conditions will be applied.
