Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
Simplon recently launched a European project,Tech Time 2 Skill, in collaboration with Microsoft, SME networks and partner training organizations in Spain (Factoria F5) and Belgium (Becode) to support the development of digital skills in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The project aims to deliver 3 types of training (6 in total with cybersecurity trainings)
- 5 days intensive trainings for SME employees to acquire advanced digital skills in AI
- 1 week of intensive advanced training for highly skilled workers in SMEs to acquire advanced digital skills in the AI
- 3 to 6 months intensive bootcamps for job seekers to train them to AI-related roles
To support the launch of these training courses, Simplon is looking for experts for a certain number of missions related to the instructional design, and especially :
- Participation in a market study to collect the skills needed by SMEs
- Review and analysis of existing consortium training content
- Design of new training courses and/or improvement of existing courses
- Design of training tools: learning scenarios, projects, exercises and presentations
- Facilitation of pilots and/or several training sessions
- Support for the hiring of trainers: design of recruitment tools, and participation in interviews
- Pedagogical support for trainers: participation in the design and facilitation of onboarding sessions, initial training and ongoing follow-up calls or workshops
