PUR is looking for a Technician Help Desk / Support to be based in our Paris Office

As a growing company, PUR is in needs for support, help and administration of our computers, networks, printers and tools like Email, Office and Google accounts… Today we are working with an external partner to manage our computers under the management of the IT & Data manager.

To answer those needs, we are hiring a Technician Help Desk / Support based in our Paris office to pilot our IT fleet including laptops, tablets, phones and potentially drones and other systems.

As a member of the Data and IT Team, you will report to the Senior Data Manager. Your responsibilities will include in a non-exhaustive manner :

Manage our IT fleet :

  • You will be the Level 1 support on our IT fleet for people based in Paris office and other offices
  • Coordination with the HR team to ensure we have the right materials in time for new employees
  • Manage operations between our IT Support Partner and Network partner
  • Keep the inventory of all our fleet updated

Manage users account :

  • Manage Google and Office accounts and solve all related issues
  • Ensure our tools are working well and well configured

It & Data team contribution:

  • On some occasions, testing of new apps or new features with the IT & Data team
Profile

Job requirements

We are looking for a candidate with :

  • BAC +2 educational level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT environment
  • Knowledge on computer hardware and software
  • Knowledge of Google accounts and Office 365
  • Ability to communicate easily in a multicultural environment
  • Good level of English (technical English required)
