PULSE
PULSE is an association created in 2006 whose mission is to support and promote entrepreneurship as a lever for inclusive and sustainable development. Our moto: everyone can become an actor of change, as long as they have the means.
In the 18 countries where PULSE is active, we promote accessibility to entrepreneurship and its financing through awareness-raising actions for civil society, support programs, and 5 incubation sites (Lab’ess – Tunis, Oribi – Cape Town, PULSE Montreuil, Jógjëf – Ziguinchor in Senegal). Each year, PULSE supports more than 550 project leaders in the launch or sustainability of their activity.
PULSE is a structure of GROUPE SOS Action Internationale, one of the nine sectors of the GROUPE SOS.
PULSE established a representative office in Serbia, enabling the development of new projects in Serbia and the Western Balkans.
After 3 years of operations in the Balkans, PULSE Balkans is looking to expand its project portfolio by implementing its 2022/2024 development strategy.
