At Phenix, you will be part of the Strategy & Expansion team.
Reporting to the Head of Expansion, you will work closely with all the Strategy and Expansion team.

Your main mission will be to participate in the launch of new countries in 2022 !

Missions

Strategy (50%)

Using the skills that you have acquired by working with the different countries, you will also have the chance to participate in:

  • Work as an internal consultant: study and compare trends and practices in the different countries and push for the best practices to spread
  • Competitive watch: Insuring a constant competitive watch at a global scale, being aware of any growth opportunities
  • Data analysis and visualization: create and update analytical dashboards to help local teams in their daily work
  • Efficiency improvement: continuously improving our work methods and processes, and helping to facilitate the communication between all European countries

Operations (50%) :

In order to help local teams during their first months, you will take care with them and for them of different operational missions:

  • Launch operations: support the Expansion team in the operational launch our our services in 2 new countries (Legal and bankary setup, manage the translation agency, investigate on product localisation,participate in updating our launch playbook)
  • Knowledge sharing: creating tutorials, training material for use of tools, translation of existing material to English
  • Strategic partnerships: participate in setting-up different type of partnerships with European companies
Profile
  • Fluent english & french (other languages more than welcome)
  • Previous experience in data analysis and visualization
  • Familiar with digital and analytic tools (CRM, automations)
  • Rigorous and organized
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Team player, dynamic person and Zero Waste Enthusiastic
