Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
As part of the implementation of ManoMano’s global responsibility strategy, we are opening a position of Carbon Senior manager, whose mandate is to lead and coordinate our global carbon strategy (mid-term and long-term) in a hypergrowth contexte to make sure ManoMano respects its commitments.
Missions :
- Coordinate the assessment of ManoMano global carbon footprint (Bilan Carbone®, GHG Protocol, product LCA.. ) and analysis of all associated physical and transition risks to adapt our assets and business to climate change.
- Define and pilot our carbon footprint trajectory and make ambitious, yet realistic reduction commitments; SBTi submission.
- Coordination on all carbon-reduction initiatives across the company, to ensure ManoMano respects its commitments: mapping, identification and coordination of our different carbon reduction programs and efforts across our key departments; Animate and engage ManoMano’s carbon project community.
- Develop and animate robust tools and methodology to ensure CO2 monitoring and reporting; KPIs and targets monitoring to optimize this action plan.
- Promote carbon frugality and reduction mindset across all the company through the implementation of relevant workshops and training sessions on carbon emissions quantification and reduction methods.
- Build a relevant and meaningful carbon sink contribution approach in the long-term, including the exploration of different options such (offsetting market vs carbon sink contribution vs carbon funds).
