At Jumanji Studio, we build a factory of solutions to accelerate the world’s transition towards a sustainable future. We think business should serve the planet and its people, not the opposite. What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will meet the evolving hiring needs of a high-paced startup studio through sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent.

Profile

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the teams of different startups under Jumanji Studio to collect hiring needs, to provide insights and expertise on sourcing for talent and suggest creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Develop and drive the recruiting strategy for the startups
  • Manage the hiring process, from creating job descriptions, to ensuring established processes are followed to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talents
  • Find best fit candidates, coordinate interviews, obtain qualitative feedback and present/manage through to offer stage


Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years in house experience in recruitment, HR management, administration and performance management - preferably in Europe
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Workable etc.
  • Capabilities in workshop facilitation for various audiences and of differing position levels
  • Passionate about sustainability
  • Expert in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and to act proactively
