Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
Jumanji Studio is a startup studio founded by experienced entrepreneurs and investors in the impact space. Our goal is to build mindful businesses that fight environmental and social issues.
Since 2019, we’ve launched 7 startups, brought in 10 entrepreneurs (50% female) and a community of 70 advisors, exited our 1st startup, and raised a cumulative $4m across our studio and startups.
We are looking for the CEO & co-founder that will lead our next startup, a rental service for occasional material.
What will this startup do?
Today, the overconsumption of goods is one of the main challenges that our generation has to face. This problem can only be solved through collective actions of the different stakeholders, in particular through the engagement of the private sector in the circular economy. We at Boomerang want to help Companies do that. Our goal is to give every employee the opportunity to become a champion of sustainability by simply using our service to rent occasional equipment installed in their office.
It’s the season, typically, the famous raclette machine that we use maybe 5 times a year, this is the opportunity to rent it rather than buy it! “pooling rather than buying”!
For this role, imagine being the founder of a startup and all the things it includes such as designing and launching the concept, strengthen the brand, vision, and strategy, drive the marketing and development of the company and overtime build a strong team to support its growth 🚀.
