ICPS and CERC partner to offer a unique job opportunity for a marketing and communications manager looking to work for positive impact organisations.

The selected candidate will work 3 days a week for ICPS (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and 2 days a week for CERC (Monday, Tuesday).

Both organisations are looking for a creative communications and marketing manager who will focus on:

  • Creating and implementing the internal and external marketing and communications strategy
  • Managing and producing informative and engaging content for multiple channels (emailing, website, intranet, social media…) and formats (press releases, videos…)
  • Planning and managing the design production of all marketing and communications materials (flyers, posters, leaflets, social media…)
  • Developing and implementing effective event marketing strategies and tactics to build employee satisfaction and increase organisations’ visibility (team building, workshops, online courses…)
  • Leading and creating style guides and brand guidelines for all public relations, marketing and other departments
  • Creating and executing community building, community engagement tactics on social media
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing and communications strategies, gaining insights and assessing against goals
  • Building strategic relationships with referring cardiologists and promoting them across channels

Direct report: ICPS and CERC CEOs

Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, journalism, or related field
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing communications and marketing plans and campaigns
  • Expertise with Digital and Social Media, copywriting, design and PR
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
  • Established contacts with media
  • Fluency in French and English
