Beem Energy wants to accelerate its development in other European countries. To do so, we are looking for a talented Country Launcher Italy to build the company from scratch in Italy.
Directly reporting to the CEO, your objective is to kickstart our activities in Italy and establish Beem Energy as the leader in your country by building an omnichannel strategy (e-commerce / D2C, retail, B2B partnerships).
You are in charge of the evangelization of the market and the expansion in Italy. With the support of Central Teams, you are fully accountable for the growth of customers base.
Through a very entrepreneurial approach, your main objective is to contribute to Beem Energy’s European leadership.
Your missions will be :
- kickstart from scratch our activities and iterate with customers / retailers / business partners to gather strong learnings on the Italian market
- build an omnichannel strategy (e-commerce / D2C, retail, B2B partnerships) and grow Beem sales in Italy to become the leading player in our field
- recruit & train talents to assemble a stellar local team
- be the “face of Beem” in the country (TV interviews, panels, Events…)
- analytics : ensure the monitoring of country’s results and derive continual learnings for improvements
- work with HQ teams to improve tools/process to drive growth in markets
- create relevant partnerships with partners from the industry
