Job Summary
You are part of the Quality Department and will report to the Head of Quality. You will have permanent contact with sales, purchasing and R&D departments to oversee all aspects of quality management.
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing quality management strategies from the planning phase to project completion. You will also be responsible for inspecting raw materials and stocks.
You should be ensuring that the inspection complies with the quality standards and regulations. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to make last-minute decisions effectively. You will lead external analyses, the realization of certificates of analysis of all our production batches, and their comparison / conformity with our specifications.
In addition to this, you should have in-depth knowledge of the quality process. Interpreting statistics and research data is a mandatory part of this job role.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Collect and check all quality information such as questionnaires, certifications, statement, policies, etc. from suppliers and support them with our Hubcycle referencing process
- Lead external analyses, the realization of certificates of analysis of all our production batches, and their comparison / conformity with our specifications.
- Perform suppliers or subcontractors audits
- Analyzing statistical data as and when required
- Follow external analysis with external laboratories and check results
- Support the Head of Quality in the implementation of internal documentation such as procedures, quality manual, HACCP, etc.
- Create product information pack and specifications sheets
- Suggesting improvements in the materials
- Follow up and update specifications sheets and product information pack when necessary
- Support customers in case of complaints, or questions related to our process or products
- Ensure our Sample Room is always fulfilled
- Assess and select suppliers and sub-contractors in collaboration with the Head of Quality
- Design and recommend company process mapping as defined in ISO certification norm
- Define and propose KPI and reporting tool for each process
- Be proactive with the preparation of the certification process
- Working efficiently in collaboration with team members
- Complying with the rules and regulations of the company
