We can’t wait to welcome YOU, an intelligent, experienced and full of energy manager to lead our communication and marketing activities. In this role you will be responsible for designing, planning and implementing overall marketing & communications strategies. Two talented individuals, already working in the marketing & communications department,will be in your team. You will support them to develop their skills and full potential.

You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility,working closely with our COO and head of activities.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE?

We expect you to drive and implement our marketing & communication strategy, as well as being a strong support of our sales team.

Therefore in the Hello Tomorrow galaxy you will be:

1/ THE HEAD OF OUR BRANDING AND POSITIONING

1.1 Manage the Hello Tomorrow brand image

● Make sure the use of our branding is powerful and consistent in all materials (from website to social media posts) and from everyone (partners, hubs, team, other events…)

● Find strategic opportunities for public speaking opportunities for Hello Tomorrow.

● Design detailed communication plans for all our main activities.

1.2 Develop & Manage our partnerships based on visibility exchange: follow-up with current in-kind partners & develop new strategic ones. It includes in particular, preparation of communication kits for distribution and monitoring of partnerships.

1.3 Manage our PR strategy as well as maintain relationships with key journalists: from crafting press releases, sharing latest activities and expertise to inviting them as moderators to our events.

1.4 Manage our employer brand: from managing our job offering page to pushing the visibility of our job offers.

1.5 Monitor your actions : determine and follow your KPIS/ test and learn approach to always improve your actions.

2/ THE ADVOCATE OF HELLO TOMORROW AWARENESS

Your challenge -> Grow our audience and increase the visibility of all our activities.

2.1 Promote our activities in multiple channels (Startup competitions, Events, Consulting & Services)

● Design detailed communication plans for all our main activities.

● Define the right message, the key channel to talk to promote our different offerings & activities.

● Work with our Communications and Editorial team to drive our content creation to promote our expertise and our activities.

● Manage our different communications channels (supervising the Communications and Editorial team to oversee the strategy of the channels)

○ Social networks.

○ General & targeted newsletters (The Core).

○ Website.

2.2 Measure & improve systematically our communication strategy

● Measure and be accountable for the impact of our communication plan.

● Adapt your approach and actions accordingly.

3/ THE PILOT OF OUR MARKETING STRATEGY DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

3.1 Develop & operate our marketing strategy & roadmap

● Conduct in-depth review of our core base of customers.

● Lead our Inbound Marketing strategy for a high added value approach: work alongside our head of activities to build a roadmap for content creation and promotion all year-long.

● Develop an SEO strategy to attract visitors to our website, generate digital leads and optimize our content.

● Implement & manage a marketing automation tool.

3.2 Work as direct support of our commercial team

● Based on commercial priorities and roadmap, develop/re-purpose relevant marketing content.

● Improve our digital strategy to increase following and lead acquisition.

● Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns (social media adds).

● Create and deliver Hello Tomorrow event ticketing campaigns or other broader sales campaigns via social media.

● Design the messages and presentations to help the sales team present our offers to the market (brochures, landing pages, one pager…)

● Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of our marketing actions on sales cycles and adapt actions and campaigns accordingly.

4/ A CAMPAIGNER FOR HELLO TOMORROW PARTNERS AND CLIENTS

● Actively promote client’s projects that need to be showcased within our network (webinars, calls for application & more).

● Create a communications roadmap for Hello Tomorrow Partners involved in our event and community activities (e.g. Global Challenge &/or Event Partners…) and regularly update them on the planning.

● Provide material and information for them to use and effectively collaborate on joint campaigns.

● Client facing: understand the client’s needs, take their feedback, present them the results of your actions.

5/ A SUPPORTIVE MANAGER FOR YOUR TEAM

● Give guidance and regular feedback to your team members (two persons as for now).

● Contribute to your team’s upskilling and well-being.

Profile

YOUR PROFILE

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

● At least 4 years of experience in marketing and communications functions (ideally in a fast-paced environment).

KNOW-HOW YOU’RE BRINGING TO THE TEAM

● You’re fluent (written and spoken) in French and English. Our communication is mainly in English but both languages must be mastered.

● You have a proven track record in designing and implementing a marketing and communication strategy, but still have the appetite for daily execution.

● You’ve already coordinated team members as well as very different stakeholders.

● You have tested multiple digital techniques to acquire and activate your audience.

● You know how to define and implement a digital marketing campaign.

● You have a proven track record in designing and implementing a SEO strategy.

● You have excellent planning and project management skills.

● You are fluent in content categorisation, distribution, and measurement: you know how to record, set and drive cross-functional content strategies across multiple formats.

● You’ve already implemented marketing analytics/tracking tools.

● You know how to design and use performance metrics to make decisions.

● You are good at drafting engaging content to attract, engage and inspire followers across a range of channels.

● You’re deeply interested in deep tech and how it impacts our lives.

● You’ve at least one experience in people management.
