Monter les opérations en cours, les suivre, y participer.
Distribuer le travail et l’organiser

Management d’une équipe de 4/5 personnes reconnues handicapées.
Participation aux recrutements et formations.
Suivi des salariés.

Travail en collaboration avec les dirigeants de Handirect
Suivi administratif avec la Dreets de Bourgogne
Rapports réguliers
Participation aux réunions nationales
