L’équipe est composée d’une 50aine de personnes (ingénieurs, commerciaux, professeurs, éditeurs, etc.) avec 17 nationalités représentées et plus de 20 langues parlées ! Environ la moitié des salariés de Gymglish sont actionnaires et 25 % du capital est détenu par les salariés non fondateurs.

Our courses are used by over 500 language schools and universities, 6,000 companies, and 6 million users worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to join our tech team.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will help us create exceptional experiences for all of our existing and future products (desktop and mobile apps).
You will be working alongside the Technical, Marketing and Pedagogical teams on their ongoing and upcoming projects. Your main role will be to help them ensure that our users have an overall positive experience when using our products.
You will be asked to create mockups, wireframes and prototypes for our new and existing products and features.
You will become project owner of some of the UX-related projects, and will be asked to follow up on the development and outcome of these projects.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting user research, analyzing results and identifying areas of improvement for our existing products.
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting user requirements and feedback and communicating them to the teams involved.
- Coming up with creative and efficient ways to solve our users’ problems.
- Creating mockups, wireframes and prototypes according to our users’ needs.
- Presenting designs to other team members, collecting feedback and iterating them if needed.
- Ensuring a follow-up during and after the implementation phase of your designs.
- Analyzing KPIs.
- Handling the project management for some UX-related projects.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
