Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
As our first Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join the newly created HR team to actively help Greenly scaling up with finding the right talents. You will take the ownership of the recruitment cycle from A to Z. We have an ambitious hiring plan (about 100 colleagues this year) so this role is crucial for our growth.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Help hiring managers to create job descriptions
- Head-hunting for critical positions
- Screen applications and conduct first interviews
- Take ownership on applications follow-up
- Make job offers and discuss employment terms
Employer Brand
- Identify key platforms and scale our sourcing process
- Develop strategic partnerships with engineering or business schools
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop our online visibility and social media strategy
- Promote our internal policies externally
Implement best practices
- Train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices
- Work on scorecards
- Stay abreast of recruitment trends and best practices
- Design and manage the candidate experience
- Define and follow KPIs
