Lead the acquisition team : 3 people and growing (several open positions)
- Work cross functionally with brand and sales team to Understand our business goals by market
- Define supply and demand acquisition targets for each market
- Help allocate overall marketing budget across online and offline channels
- Understand and implement our International Growth Loops
Help Greenly internationalize our marketing strategy in the U.S. and United-kingdom
- Define and implement the acquisition strategy for each new market across channels (SEO, paid display campaigns etc…)
- Optimizing campaign performance and reallocating budget as needed for each country
- Test new platforms and inventory sources and identify where we can grow the business
- Ensure the tracking of the different data sources
Analyse and report performances to the leadership team and the country teams.
- Identify global insights
- Main wins, drops & opportunities
- Through regular performance analyses and clear dashboards & take actions from them.
