Job context

Greenly is on its way to become the #1 carbon management platform. We are a fast-growing company where new opportunities & challenges are common place. As a Customer Success Manager, you will join our Climate Experts team to accompany our customers in their carbon reduction journey, and take part in the product and process evolution. đŸ› ïž

Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Support our customers on their climate journey : answer to their questions, call them if needed, etc.
  • Keep clients engaged by building customer satisfaction 👍
  • You will be responsible for helping the customer with doubts regarding the product 💬
  • Support and integrate new clients ♻
  • Improve support content and link up with the product team to autonomize customers
  • Take part in the growth of Customer Success team

You are the candidate we are looking for if you check these boxes: ✅

  • You have a BAC +2 in technical studies or previous customer success experience
  • You are motivated by learning and understanding the mechanics of carbon accounting
  • You are fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • You are meticulous, well organized, analytical
  • You are a self-starter, dynamic, able to adapt and move quickly from one task to another
