We are currently in the process of expanding in Belgium and are looking for a dynamic and passionate person to join our team of four people in Brussels (Arts-Loi) and 20 people internationally:

  • 4 to 6 months remunerated internship from September 2018 onwards, at least 4 days a week;
  • Challenging working experience in fast-pace international scale-up;
  • Hands-on experience in Belgian social entrepreneurship scene.

The position consists out of the two following main responsibilities:
Customer Relations : In this role you will assist the Account Manager with 4-5 fundraising campaigns. Your main tasks will be to:

  • Manage a portfolio of investors on the platform;
  • Guide investors through their registration and investment on the platform;
  • Inform investors about the type of financial products offered on the platform.

Communication Officer : In this role you will assist the Community Manager to communicate and market the different crowdfunding campaigns on the platform. Your main tasks will be to:

  • Help put in place the communication plan and develop the community: website, social network, newsletter, press, radio, etc;
  • Organize events to promote LITA.co and the projects that are fundraising on the platform;
  • Assists in the day-to-day management of the needs of the entrepreneurs;
  • Translations French/English to Dutch.

We’re looking for someone (F/M) who:

  • Has excellent communication skills in Dutch (oral/written), French is a plus;
  • Is a team player but who can also work autonomously;
  • Is aware of the challenge of setting targets and deadlines for successful fundraising;
  • Is committed to helping our investors and raising awareness and democratizing sustainable financing;
  • Is curious about the world of corporate financing, impact investing and social start-ups.
