We’re hiring a stellar marketing professional with strong copywriting skills, an analytic mindset, and a drive to craft and steer campaigns to convince new learners, clients, and partners to engage with Efiko Academy. We offer an opportunity to lead the marketing operations of our young and growing impact venture while joining an entrepreneurial, impact-driven and diverse team.
As our lead marketeer, you will:
- Produce written content pieces about impact investing, entrepreneurship and sustainability education
- Optimise website performance to grow conversion rates
- Shape and run marketing campaigns to accelerate traction
- Manage social media channels and newsletter
- Coordinate communication work with team members (e.g., video editor, graphic designer, founders)
- Monitor performance on key metrics, derive lessons and set improvement plans
