At Too Good To Go, we dream of a planet with no food waste.

We can all do our part in fighting food waste and do our bit to tackle climate change by reducing the amount of food wasted.

Too Good To Go is a food waste-fighting app and a certified B Corporation. Not only do we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers, but we have a new solution to support retailers in their efforts to combat food waste, and positively impact their sales: Did you know that between 1-3% of retailers’ annual sales are lost due to food waste?

The Retail Technologies team are working on our new software solution that is used directly by Retailers to identify and manage their inventory before it becomes food waste, and further extending our expertise and in-store solutions beyond our marketplace supporting stores in managing their unsold and surplus products 🚀

The role

As a Senior Android Developer, you will participate in all stages of the creation of our application, these include:

Development of our native Android application (Kotlin)
Maintenance and continuous improvement of our architecture
Writing unit tests
Choice of technologies and libraries to implement
Definition of UI and UX in collaboration with the product team
Implementation and transmission of best practices within the Android Dev team

Profile

Requirements

Proven experience in an Android Development position.
Experience with relational database and SQL language management
Having strong human and interpersonal qualities
Is hungry to make a difference.
Enjoys actively participating in a cross-functional product team
