Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
Notre mission est d’accélérer les solutions capables de répondre aux grandes urgences environnementales et sociales de notre siècle, en créant des événements inspirants et impactants, et en connectant les acteurs du changements partout dans le monde (investisseurs, innovations, entreprises, media, villes, instituations, talents…).
Nous organisons chaque année le sommet ChangeNOW, le plus grand événement mondial des solutions pour la planète. Cet événement accélérateur rassemble des milliers de solutions et des acteurs du changement dans un format vibrant et porté sur l’action concrète.
L’édition 2020 a rassemblé plus de 28 000 participants et 1000 solutions pour la planète venus de 100 pays à Paris, au Grand Palais. L’édition 2021, 100% digitale, a donné une nouvelle envergure à l’événement, avec plus de 165 pays représentés parmi les 55 000 visiteurs, et l’implication des plus grands leaders mondiaux du changement.
Nous menons également des actions tout au long de l’année auprès des talents, des écoles,
des entreprises et des institutions pour accélérer la transition :
- ChangeNOW myjob, la job fair de l’impact
- Lancement en 2021 du 1er classement des écoles et universités qui changent le
monde - Parcours et temps forts d’inspiration dans les entreprises, écoles et universités
- Conférences sur-mesure et live talks
- Sourcing d’innovations

As ChangeNOW volunteers you will be part of the association ChangeNOW’s community and you will receive a certificate of team leader volunteerism
Missions
In preparation of the 5th edition, we are recruiting the team leaders of the volunteers in different fields :
Content : managing the stage on-site, managing relations with the speakers, the exhibitors and our pitch participants & jurys before the summit and on-site, working with us to coordinate the guided tours through the World Expo
Logistics : welcoming and helping participants with reception and orientation, managing food court and lounge spaces, being in charge of eco-responsible action, and coordinating logistic of specific activities (networking areas, side-events…).
Digital : This year, the event will have a hybrid format. Your teams will handle communication related missions, logisitics and coordination of diffusions, relations with speakers etc.
VIP relations : reception and support for VIP guests (public figures, politics, sponsors…)
As Team Leader of Volunteers, your missions will include :
- Participating in the recruitment process of your team
- Coordinating volunteers planning and ChangeNOW team’s needs
- Organizing volunteers trainings
- Participating in preparation meetings with ChangeNOW team
- Being the contact point between your team of volunteers and the volunteers’ coordinator
