Missions

In preparation of the 6th edition, we are recruiting the team leaders of the volunteers in different fields :

Content : managing the stage on-site, managing relations with the speakers, the exhibitors and our pitch participants & jurys before the summit and on-site, working with us to coordinate the guided tours through the World Expo

Logistics : welcoming and helping participants with reception, registration and orientation. Managing our external foodcourt, composed of 8 committed restaurants, art display and a chill zone. The missions also include being in charge of eco-responsible action on site.

VIP relations : reception and support for VIP guests (public figures, politics, sponsors…) : accompanying them during all the stages of their day, providing information and guidance throughout the event, etc.

As Team Leader of Volunteers, your missions will include :

  • Participating in the recruitment process of your team
  • Coordinating volunteers planning and ChangeNOW team's needs
  • Organizing volunteers trainings
  • Participating in preparation meetings with ChangeNOW team
  • Being the contact point between your team of volunteers and the volunteers’ coordinator.
Profile
  • Bilingual or fluent in French & English
  • Successful experience in event and/or project management
  • Autonomous & force of proposal
  • Team spirit
  • Deep motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
