Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
We are looking for a high-calibre Head of Finance to build our finance function and oversee our P&L, budgeting, financial planning and controlling activities on an international level. Reporting to our Managing Director, you will need to demonstrate the ability to drive initiatives and results in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a sharp and experienced leader that can be hands on and steer our P&L.
Key missions & responsibilities
- Own our P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow; you will lead our business planning and budgeting cycles.
- Build a very strong understanding of our business model to put together our financial and business dashboards and prepare for hypergrowth
- Operate regular deep-dives to identify and action key opportunities to improve both our revenue and cost performance.
- Steer and ensure operational excellence across our budget cycles, month ends, accounts payable and accounting processes
- Manage the relationships with our investors, external partners across financial topics (e.g. bank, auditors and various administrations…)
