Internship Financial advisory

Job description

Role Purpose:

  • Assist the team in the end-to-end process of financial transactions (M&A, Equity Advisory, Debt Advisory) from a commercial and financial perspective
  • Provide ad-hoc support on strategic projects with financial components

Key responsabilities:

  • Deal origination: Sectoral analysis, market review, business intelligence, company financial review
  • Deal execution: Process monitoring (Q&A, calls), structuration, offer analysis, Due Diligence
  • Preparation of marketing materials: Teasers, Company Decks, Information Memorandums
  • Financial modelling
  • Project/ Company Valuation
Profile
  • Masters in Finance or Masters with preferably a background in finance combined with relevant experience
  • A first work experience (internship) in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Project Finance
  • Strong interest in the Energy Transition and / or exposure to the renewable energy industry, including ideally emerging markets
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modelling experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to learn
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
