The company was created at the end of 2019 by Solal and Chanez who worked in the automotive industry for years. We’re a team of 40 passionate people who believe that every vehicle crossed in the street should be electric. Our ambition is simple: Transform the French and European car fleet into electric vehicles.
We're supported by leading names in the automotive industry and major startup programs and we aim to become Europe’s first EV platform. And guess what? the best is yet to come!

About the Role
Beev is growing and expanding across services and we’re strengthening our Ops team.
Directly reporting to the COO, your objective is to build our operations through automation and partnership management.
With the support of the tech & sales teams, you are fully accountable for the quality of our operations.
As a Junior Operation Manager your main tasks would be to
- Analyze data sets in order to identify our strengths and areas for improvement with precision
- Define and implement processes to increase the productivity of Beev’s internal teams
- Optimize the tools on which our internal teams depend on (CRM, Automation tool, Billing tools)
- Fix the daily anomalies
- Manage and automate the billing process
- Manage and automate the subcontractors relationship
