- La formation - via des contenus digitaux, scientifiques pour mettre en mouvement tous les collaborateurs, leur donner les compétences et les outils.
- Le conseil - pour impacter en local, via des actions d’adaptation concrètes.
- L’assurance et le financement - pour sécuriser celles et ceux qui s’adaptent, et impactent.
With a strong expertise in modeling climate risks, AXA Climate is investing on Nature protection (understanding and modelling the links between climate and nature, quantify biodiversity impacts and dependencies, boost the green transition, etc).
AXA Climate is looking for a project leader who will develop and close a pipeline of deals related insurance of risk related to the carbon voluntary carbon market and more specifically on natural-climate solutions.
The mission will include developing a strong network of clients, building and closing a deal pipeline but also managing efficiently most of our risk carbon related projects. This mission will develop in parallel to our quantitative team which will support on the data, actuarial and pricing sides when needed.
Main Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Agriculture/Forestry Insurance Domain and in partnership with the Nature-based Solutions Domain, the Carbon Insurance Project leader will:
Create a portfolio of clients for carbon insurance products
• Develop the expertise and build an offer according to the market appetite
• Contribute to building a network on the VCM
• Find new leads and ability to transform the opportunity into clientManage carbon risk related projects:
• Evaluate and validate partnerships with model and risk providers
• Map on-going activities and manage project time-lines
• Participate to the construction of our risk management carbon strategy
• Define Objectives and Key Results associated to projects and strategyDesign new insurance products to cover risks related to investments into Natural climate Solutions
• Have a strong entrepreneurial attitude with willingness to make things happen
• Collaborate with experts to test other sources of data: satellite, new providers, …
• Identify key issues surrounding risk and propose solutions
• Explain technical concepts and share modeling approaches with team
