As part of the Product & Engineer team, you will partner with our amazing Product Managers & Frontend developers, all the way from the user research to the feature implementation.

Your responsibilities

Be the User Experience Guardian. Ensure UX and UI consistency & accessibility, elevate overall product quality, design execution, and build a superior user experience
Design Process: Design exceptional features by participating in all phases of the Product process, from initial user research to shipping. You will cover a wide scope, dealing with different features from Accounting to Emailing. Your absolute challenge, make accounting sexy.
Delivery: Accompany engineers in shipping high-quality experiences with detailed and design system-compliant specs
Design Architect: At AssoConnect, you will build tools (Design System, processes, Figma integrations) so that PM & Front-end developers will be able to produce efficiently UX-friendly interfaces.

At AssoConnect, product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, operations, and other key functions. You will join an experienced Product team.

1 or 2 years of experience in Product Design, preferably platform or marketplaces
Strong customer empathy: you easily put yourself in nonprofit volunteers’ shoes and understand their pain points.
Autonomy: you know how to handle complexity and evolve in a fast-paced environment by yourself, and take impactful initiatives
You are a quick-thinker, passionate, concise
Organized: when communicating, working, etc.
Rigor: you want to provide the users with a consistent UX & UI
