Are you looking for an opportunity to learn more about the African continent while working on creative projects? Then ASARE is for you! To support our operations, we are looking for a Junior Associate to assist our founder (from September to November 2022).

Our consulting company

Founded in 2018, ASARÉ is a consulting firm on a mission to equip students and young professionals with the core skills and network they need to succeed in today's and tomorrow's workforce. What we do is simple.

Teach students and young professionals soft skills most education systems don't teach through projects on real-world problems.
Connect them with high-impact opportunities to help them gain valuable work experience.

We think like creatives and have the scale to make a positive difference in students' and young professionals' lives. So, if you want to contribute to the advancement of Africa, ASARE is the right place!

Your missions

Over the past two years, we have collaborated with more than 20 international students.

As a Junior Associate, you report to the founder of the consulting firm, Stéphanie ASARE. Your main tasks include:

Administrative support - supporting founder with crucial tasks (meetings with partners, contributing to the writing of the welcome kit, facilitating onboarding sessions)
Strategic consulting - Data collection, reports proofreading (French and English), translation
Project management -managing projects that assist and support growth in the company)
Marketing and communication (handle the company’s website and social media accounts)

Profile and skills

Undergraduate student or recent graduate (2022)
Excited about project management and human resources
Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Very good level of English and French (level C1 minimum);
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, working knowledge of Canva, Notion, Loom, and Google Drive;

Internship

Remote internship - paid

Duration: 7 to 8 weeks - starting in September (part-time 15-20 hours per week.). An internship agreement is mandatory.
