🔎 What we’re looking for

After raising a big seed round from prominent European venture capital and impact firms, we are looking for a part time Social Media and Website Content Manager to join our team in Paris or remotely. The management team is experienced, ambitious and gathers serial entrepreneurs, investors and data scientists.

You will work directly with the founders and other members of the Growth team, to ensure regular, relevant and engaging content is prepared and shared on select social media and online platforms. Outside our website, our initial focus will be on LinkedIn and Twitter. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company determined to make a strong positive impact on the world.

  • Are my recruiting practices equitable?

This is increasingly critical for companies to secure and retain customers, as well as have an edge in attracting top talent and capital.

At apiday we are building a collaborative platform for forward-thinking companies to effectively manage their ESG data. Our system allows ESG information to flow easily from company data sources to an expertly curated database, with which customers can:

  • Automate their ESG reporting or certification processes
  • Collaborate to build a sustainability action plan
  • Communicate and visualise ESG impacts

We are creating the operating system of sustainability. We are looking for passionate and like-minded individuals to join us, and have a hand in defining what a sustainable future will look like, instead of watching from the sidelines.


🚀 Purpose & Responsibilities

As part of the Growth team, you’ll be the at the heart of the engine which is securing us new customers and revenue. Your role would have the following key responsibilities:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content frequently (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) while ensuring brand consistency
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

🎸 About you

  • Prior experience with LinkedIn and Twitter content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to deliver compelling creative content (text, image and video)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Deep interest in sustainability in general, as well as environmental and social challenges. Knowledge of key ESG concepts, reporting frameworks and regulatory environment are highly valued, but not critical given our internal training materials
  • Fluency in English is important since it is our primary working language, and conversational French is a plus since we’re based in Paris
  • Strong desire to work for a purpose-driven tech startup in a dynamic environment
