Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis-Opel and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France, Germany and Italy.

As part of a team of 1 Team leader, 4 permanent Recruiters, 2 Apprentices and 1 Intern, your Main Missions as an Apprentice in the Talent Acquisition team will be :

  • Daily help to the senior recruiters for their permanent positions :

    o Coordinate the publication of positions on the plateforms

    o Select interesting profiles that answered the job ads

    o Search for candidates within our own candidate base and the external jobboards (Linkedin, Hellowork, Apec, etc)
    o Conduct screening calls with candidates

    o Launch the preboardings within our internal tool

    o Other administrative tasks

  • Lead calls with managers to follow up recruitment processes & interviews

  • Collect recruitment needs from managers for the positions you will directly be in charge of : apprenticeships and internships : collect job descriptions, publish advertisements, contribute to final selection.

We can propose either 12 or 24 months apprenticeship.



  • Good level of English (ability to understand and speak)
