The IT Operations Engineer is responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing IT systems within the company. Its role is essential to ensure the availability, performance and security of applications and databases of IT systems of the company's.
Main missions
The IT Operations Engineer is responsible for :
Database Management:
- Administer and maintain databases (SQL).
- Optimize query performance and monitor data integrity.
- Implement backups and disaster recovery plans.
Scheduling:
- Schedule and automate recurring tasks (batches, processing, etc.).
- Use scheduling tools (PagerDuty Runbook Automation) to run processes at specific times.
Supervision Applicative :
- Identify and resolve incidents and performance issues.
- Set up alerts and dashboards to track the status of applications.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with development teams, system administrators, and architects.
- Participate in systems evolution projects and propose improvements.
