To support our growth, Phenix is looking for a Senior FP&A analyst based in Paris to build this function.

MISSIONS

  • Design and produce monthly reportings including group’s financials (P&L and Cash flow statements), KPIs and analytical dashboards for operational teams and Comex in collaboration with the accounting/finance team
  • Producing quarterly investors’ reports & other ad hoc analysis
  • As a strategic partner you will advise C-levels and Country Manager of each entity by analyzing and reviewing the financial and operational performance and by formulating strategic recommendations to increase our revenues and optimize our costs, and closely follow company objectives (OKR)
  • Building annual budgets and conducting monthly reviews in close collaboration with all managers across the organization
  • Prepare data on operating margin monitoring by product / client segments / countries, opex and capex in monthly closings, and analyze actual variances to the budget
  • Review and challenge current Finance tools architecture and improve our existing processes in order to automate and streamline routine work and deliver robust financial information
Profile
  • You have a Master’s Degree in Finance ideally with a specialization in Accounting / Audit
  • You have 3-5 years confirmed experience within an accounting and/or FP&A department or in consulting / audit. Prior experience in a scale-up or tech / SaaS company is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling and meeting deadlines in a fast growth environment
  • Doer mindset, motivated, rigorous and detail oriented
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a high level command of Excel for financial modeling with large sets of data
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English with ability to synthesize recommendations from analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting (French GAAP & IFRS) and financial statements (P&L, cash flow and balance sheet)
  • Knowledge of Financial ERPs (Netsuite is a plus)
