Can you imagine yourself working to help ensure that entrepreneurs from around the world can make their ideas a reality? Do you dream of working in a multicultural environment where you learn something new and exciting every day? Want to be driven by an overarching mission?

We’re an up-and-coming startup with a young and family-like work environment with continuous learning opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-started, people-oriented, hands-on individual to join our team.

Want to be our new **Entrepreneurship Programs Manager in Europe**? Keep on reading!

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to work hand in hand with the Customer Success and Program Management team to support entrepreneurs and mentors all along their incubation program. Manage programs ran with corporates, foundations, universities and governments from A to Z, meaning the design phase, the program launch and entrepreneurs and mentors scouting, the program experience and the closing (obtention of business plan, potential pitch day). Ensure our users from several programs from Bridge for Billions, as well as our corporate clients, have the best possible experience by identifying clients needs to deliver adequate solutions, as well as provide email and chat support, gathering their feedback, and improving processes and communication.

**1) Clients Relations**

Be the main contact point to our clients in the region (universities, foundations, companies and governments) regarding their program.

Understand clients needs and ensure their queries are heard and acted upon, and that their program is a huge success.

Regularly meet with our clients to check-in on the program's health.

Provide detailed updates about programs’ health, participants comments and KPIs to the Bridge team as well as our corporate clients.

Handle contract and invoicing processes.

Ensure client success and renewal process together with the Sales team.

**2) Incubation Management**

Support in creating Marketing materials for the program (content for the website, leaflets or guidebooks, social media posts...)

Coordinate the selection of entrepreneurs and mentors for each new program.

Support applicants and their queries.

Improve selection processes.

Plan and improve program communications, processes, and messaging.

Oversee the "Matching" phase of each program where each entrepreneur finds a mentor and make it a success.

Track entrepreneur teams’ progress during incubation.

Host calls with entrepreneurs and mentors to onboard them, coach them, create cohort cohesion and ensure their success.

Provide support to users through email and live chat all throughout the program.

Monitor closely participants' feedback during the program and offer solutions to their challenges.

Identify issues quickly and come up with suggestions on how to solve them for the program to run smoothly and provide the desired results.

Assess the impact of each program via end of incubatioojn surveys and impact monitoring.

At Bridge for Billions, we are convinced that people are the differentiating factor in the success of any company and we believe that talent is more than just knowledge. It’s expressed in attitudes and the ability to relate with other teams and people.

For all Bridge team members:

Purpose alignment: This position is not just “a job” but aligns with your individual purpose, the impact you want to make in this world and who you want to become.

Values alignment: You embody our 4 team’s values: Courage, Grit, Empathy and Gumption.

Culture alignment:

You have a start-up mindset — highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude. You’re not afraid to be responsible for the outcomes of your work and work independently when required.

You take initiative, you’re results-driven and you show empathy in all your interactions with team members, entrepreneurs, mentors, and partners.

You have a very strong emotional intelligence that allows you to quickly understand people’s needs and expectations and develop trust, engagement and commitment in your relationships.

Passion for your work and for lifelong learning.

Growth mindset and resilience to overcome challenges, understands that true systemic change requires hard work.

Able to juggle many different responsibilities and prioritize own workload.

For this role in particular:

**Languages**: We have global programs going on with prestigious clients like the UN, Visa... Mastery of several languages will really be the main differentiator for this position as we have upcoming programs in English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. We want all applicants to have a native-like level of English and master one or two of the other languages, with priority given to Portuguese and French over Spanish.

**(please refrain from applying if you can’t write emails and present in front of an audience of entrepreneurs in English + minimum one of the other three languages, we really need someone bilingual at the least for this position as it requires to work in both languages)**

Knowledge of entrepreneurs' struggles and what they need in the early-stages, able to coach or mentor entrepreneurs, speaks the language of business planning, knowledge of innovation frameworks and day to day of founders.

Customer-success mindset, outstanding oral and written communication with clients.

Problem-solver, self starter, who can be up and running in no time after thorough company onboarding. Someone who is not afraid to speak in front of an audience of entrepreneurs and stand up for themselves.

Someone who's passionate about communicating and interacting with users: a good communicator.

Strong organizational and coordination skills: you will have a lot of different types of responsibilities, so it is essential to be able to stay organized.

You don't get easily overwhelmed or stuck in planning mode.

You LOVE people and networking, you’re not intimidated to reach out to new people in the entrepreneurial space.

Extraordinary attention to detail: you test things yourself before making them go public, you dislike when your work has imperfections.

At ease with analyzing data, presenting this data to clients and making quick decisions based on this data to improve program outcomes.

Good writing skills, ability to have a friendly yet professional tone and to deliver information efficiently.

Digital proficiency, you like testing new tools and improving processes.

Resourcefulness and good common sense to approach problems efficiently.

Passion about entrepreneurship.

Previous experience at startups or with customer support, program, or account management are a plus.

Great tech savviness: you should be at ease with tech tools such as Trello, Slack, Google Drive, HubSpot, Zapier or eager to learn and a quick learner. Good grasp of spreadsheets.

More than any specific skills, we are most of all looking for an individual passionate about - and who believes in - the power of entrepreneurship, communities and global connections!
