Fort de notre expérience dans l’analyse de la marche, nous développons des solutions technologiques (objet connecté et applications) pour accompagner les patients dans le suivi et la gestion de leur maladie chronique avec des bio marqueurs numériques et des outils de suivi des études en vie réelle pour les patients, les médecins et les groupes pharmaceutiques.

The IT Operations Analyst will partner with the CFO/COO to design, implement, and manage FeetMe IT infrastructure with an objective to support company business activities. The candidate will be responsible for qualitative and timely delivery of business adaptive, secure, and manageable business solutions. To be successful in this role, the IT Operations Business Analyst will need proactively propose and validate solutions internally with key business stakeholders (Sales, Logistics, Clinical Operations, Engineering, Quality & Regulatory) and in alignment with internal processes and regulatory constraints.

Your missions will be:

Identify partners and build Strategic models

  • Support After sales activities through adequate IT solutions deployment and support
  • Partner with cross-functional groups to design and implement or enhance existing solutions and processes to aid in commercialization
  • Ensure that cybersecurity and data privacy are by design for any newly implemented or enhanced business and/or technical solutions
  • Minimize on-premises application IT footprint through adoption of integrated Cloud solutions
  • Align efforts with IT infrastructure team to ensure interoperability, security, and manageability of enterprise applications
  • Generate KPI to continuously improve the internal processes and tools
  • Manage 3rd party support and services (consultants, vendors, and service providers) in regard to implementing and enhancing IT applications and infrastructure, ERP and PC /Device management & Virtualization (MDM);
  • Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity (Storage & Backup) frameworks to mitigate potential disruption to business operations and to support regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:
-Responsible to implement IT enterprise application strategy and architecture and ensure effective management. Drive solution selection process through clear specifications and transparent criteria to support decision process to ensure maximum benefits. Effectively manage and allocate internal and external resources to ensure qualitative and timely achievement of goals

  • Design, implement, document and manage innovative enterprise application solutions that emphasizes usability and functionality, workflows, data integration, information management and delivery, and security. Specific focus on corporate business solutions such as Customer Facing Web Solutions, ERP, Quality, CRM, and Business Intelligence
  • Responsible to train stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.
  • Assemble the systems, processes, and team required to support rapid growth, and commercialization, provide level 2 technical customer support within customer timing requirements.
  • Generates KPI to drive continuous improvement of the designed processes and tools.
  • Ensure high availability of qualitative IT application delivered services, with an emphasis on performance, documentation, disaster recovery and business continuity w/testing
  • Responsible to manage the safety and integrity of FeetMe fleet of devices for internal and external users.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to exploit new technologies to improve efficiency of internal activities. Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage
  • Manage business relationship with technology and services providers
  • Manage enterprise application operating budget to maximize utilization of resources and delivery of solutions

We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements :

  • BS in computer science, management information systems, information technology or related field.
  • The ideal candidate has 5 - 10 years’ experience in Information Technology in primarily mid-sized (150+ employees) Life Sciences companies
  • The candidate will have experience in both designing, implementing, and ongoing management of enterprise application architectures and corresponding solutions in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience developing scalable, business adaptive, secure and cost-effective business and technical solutions utilizing both cloud and on-premises technologies
  • Strong working experience with integration of applications and databases to provide for qualitative business analytics to enhance decision-making process
  • Experience designing, project managing, and implementing tier 1-2 corporate business applications
  • Exceptional project management skills to manage project portfolio and corresponding projects on approved timelines, success metrics, and budgets
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written and leadership skills; able to build strong rapport across all functional areas and with external vendors. Ability to address complex problems in a structured approach. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to solve problems creatively; ability to adapt to changing work priorities; and ability to maintain good working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters
  • Experience with support of international commercial business operations
  • Experience with digital health solutions would be viewed favorably
  • Sense of priorities, strong synthesis capabilities and able to take and apply a decision.
  • Strong ability to easily integrate in a young and dynamic team.
  • Proven track record of development experience and/or partnership management/client service experience, including customizable programs and initiatives to drive business performance
  • Team spirit
  • Able to work individually and effectively as part of a small, proactive team
  • Proficient with ERP, Microsoft Office/Google Suites, CRM system, (Hubspot) and other standard business tools
  • Organized and deliver on milestones
