We are searching for a Founding Member to join VkusVill team

Who are we?

VkusVill is a big player in the Russian food retail market with 1330 stores in 54 cities. Our mission is to provide natural, fresh and healthy food with clean and honest composition. We want to make such products available for people everywhere. That's why we are expanding our business in other countries.

We search for a team to:

- analyze what is a pain of the consumer on the local market

- validate that this pain exists

- open the first store OFFLINE to sell product under the VkusVill brand and to find the scalable concept

- scale up the results

Who are we looking for?

- if you are experienced in creating your own business

- if you are ready to start from the very beginning and do multiple tasks such as legal entity registration, searching for a location for future store, creating effective team around you, managing everything connected to operational activities and development

- if you implement Lean approach and use MVP tools

- if you support teal management and feel comfortable working independently. You do not wait for somebody to generate ideas and explain to you what to do. You are a person who decides where to go.

What do we offer?
