Kartesia is looking for a recent graduate for a 9–12-month internship within their creative and dynamic ESG & Operations team in the Brussels office
- ESG:
o Maintain ESG data integrity and supporting analytics (ESG KPIs, etc.)
o Assist in the design and update of the ESG presentations and webinars
o Assist in the preparation of the annual sustainability report
o Assist in the preparation of the annual reporting to the UN PRI
o Assist in the implementation of SFDR measures

- Procedures & Communication:
o Assist in the update of the Kartesia Procedures Manual
o Assist in creation of new procedures / improvement of current procedures
o Assist in the creation of content for our social media
o Assist in the creation, design and update of various presentation, communications and videos
What it takes to join us
- Master’s degree with a financial or business-related connection
- Fluent in English – French is a +
- Good financial and analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills
- Demonstrable interest in communication and ESG
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as being a team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results driven, with an inquisitive mind
- Prior trainee experience in ESG, banking, direct lending / private equity, strategy consulting, financial analysis / audit is a plus
