At VYTAL, we believe that no one likes waste and that people want to behave sustainably. But it needs to be convenient! Therefore, we provide smart reusable Packaging-as-a-Service to canteens, restaurants, supermarkets and delivery companies. We are the operating system that makes reusables as easy and convenient as disposables, but better. Or put differently, a library system for Tupperware.
Luckily, EU-wide regulation now starts to ban single-use packaging. What’s more, consumers and the food service industry is looking for sustainable alternatives. All this helped us to save over 1 MILLION disposables so far and our impact is rapidly growing – one packaging at a time. But to bring VYTAL to even more consumers and partners, we need YOU!

Process
Our interview process usually takes around 3 weeks from the moment you apply. After a first successful review of requirements and basic conditions, you will be invited for a personal fit interview with a member of the HR department. In the second step, we will ask you to prepare a short pitch based on some information we will provide to you a day before interview No. II with the Director of Sales, Mo. Last but not least, you will be invited to a final interview with Managing Director France, Jordan-Paul.
