Job description

PUR Projet is looking for a high-level professional, ambitious, creative and engaging, impact driven individual for the position of Manager Process and Digital Transformation. This is a full-time position, to be filled as soon as possible. Based in the head office in Paris, the Manager Process and Digital Transformation has an important role in the organisation, supervising the reporting of operations worldwide and managing the development of digital tools and processes in order to create value for our team, partners and clients. This very transversal position will involve working together with the different business units and regional managers of the organisation, to understand their needs and design innovative solutions. It will involve human skills, working in a multicultural environment, organisation and leadership. As a member of Central Operations department (4 people), he/she will manage a team of 2 people and a pool of external Tech service providers.
