  • Salesforce.org is looking for a talented Product Marketer with a passion for helping our customers and driving go-to-market positioning and messaging for technology solutions to help revolutionise the Nonprofit market.


  • This role will focus on defining a strategic narrative through the lens of nonprofit organisations and providing a comprehensive view of the nonprofit market to create messaging and solution positioning within Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Candidates will have a passion for taking the complex and making it simple, and for marketing through relevant and compelling stories. This role requires a combination of technical/CRM knowledge to obtain a deep understanding of our products and solutions, combined with the product marketing skills to effectively communicate across a wide variety of channels. You will also function as an internal advocate for the Nonprofit/NGO market within EMEA.

  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Be a champion, evangelist and product marketing engine behind the Nonprofit Cloud solutions in EMEA, focusing on top countries and verticals, to drive pipeline generation and growth.
  • Develop positioning, thought leadership and technical content for Salesforce.org’s Nonprofit Cloud. Translate and adapt product functionality and benefits into compelling and relevant solution messaging for the region.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Salesforce Platform and Fundraising / Program Management nonprofit solutions. Develop and quantify EMEA-based market insights and define major market success themes in support of overall business goals.
  • Communicate and articulate the value of our solutions producing effective sales enablement and customer-facing materials, including presentations, webinars, data sheets, solution guides, use cases, demo videos and other content to support all stages of the customer journey.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand the product strategy and provide regional market needs and buyer insights. Identify key product or solution gaps and recommend viable alternatives to closing these gaps.
  • Coordinate with product launch teams to effectively bring products to market that meet the needs of nonprofits in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with Content, Campaigns, Digital and Field Marketing teams to define and drive innovative awareness and demand generation strategies to support business objectives.
  • Ensure Salesforce.org is viewed as thought leader in the nonprofit sector and help evangelize the value of our solutions.
  • Confidently present at events and webinars as a spokesperson for our nonprofit products and solutions.


  • Professional Experience/Skills Required
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing or product management in a high tech company.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector/NGO technologies (and/or experience working with customers in the industry). Experience in the Nonprofit market in EMEA a definite plus. This role will be based in one of our European hubs.
  • Proven track record of crafting value propositions, messaging and positioning, as well as storytelling experience to create compelling thought leadership and marketing content.
  • Superior communication, copywriting, editing and presentation skills. Bonus to have multi-lingual skills (English, French, German)
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products, familiar with Cloud/SaaS and CRM strongly preferred.
  • Technical background and experience with enterprise software preferred
  • Collaborative. Exceptional team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver on the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • High energy, charismatic, creative self-starter with a desire to learn and perform in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. As to be expected in a startup-like environment, comfort with ambiguity and flexibility is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. MBA a plus (but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school).
  • Passion for technology and its opportunity to better enable nonprofits. Ability and willingness to accommodate up to 30% travel.
