Quadia as a pioneer impact finance company, we are strongly committed to integrating impact into all steps of our investment activities. Quadia is looking to bring an intern into the team for an unpaid 3- to 4-month internship in our Geneva office. As an intern focused on impact analysis, you will play an active role in collecting and analyzing data across our impact criteria for our portfolio companies. You will contribute to the continued development of our proprietary tool, built to assess the impact performance of investments, working closely with our investment professionals across the investment process.
As an Intern, Impact Analysis and Reporting your main tasks will be the following:
Data collection, data analysis and reporting across the portfolio, in collaboration with investees and colleagues.
Assessing trends, thought leadership and best practice in impact measures and related topics, for building and expanding knowledge of external developments in terms of ESG approaches / impact / sustainability.
Communication of impact for the portfolio, developing impact cases and contribution to impact reporting.
Advanced University degree (or currently underway) or in finance, business, sustainability or similar profile.
Creativity to assist in storytelling on impact, strong ability to communicate verbally and in written formats in English, other languages an asset.
Ability to set priorities, effectively utilize available resources, identify and address problems, and meet deadlines.
