makesense brings together and supports engaged citizens, passionate entrepreneurs and forward-looking organizations to collectively tackle today’s social and environmental issues.
We help different stakeholders to unlock their potential to create positive impact through customized pathways of engagement. For citizens, we offer ways to learn and take action. For social entrepreneurs, we offer programs to help strengthen their projects. For organizations, we offer programs to innovate and transform their practices.

We are an international team composed of 70+ people based in France, Mexico, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, the Philippines and Peru. We like to think of ourselves as an innovation lab internally as we always experiment with new organizationational models that put autonomy, responsibility and kind heartedness at the heart of everything we do. In 7 years, we have supported 2,800 entrepreneurs, 35,000 citizens and 100 organizations (check them out: VINCI, Société Générale, SUEZ, Facebook
). We support these organizations by designing and developing their internal communities. Our secret sauce? We bring the magic and energy of makesense community within companies. And that is where we need you!

Your mission: building on makesense science of engagement, you will design and facilitate community programs to accelerate change within organizations. 
We usually work on internal communities that foster:
More collaborative ways of working.
New management practice.
Sustainable and purpose driven innovation.
Launch of internal startups.

Community design: collect insights from clients and employees to design engagement paths for your community members. Continuously implement, measure and learn.

Community management: support your community members with learning tools, inspiring contents and positive energy. Design and facilitate collective working or learning experiences (workshop, brainstorming session, return on operating experience...).

Project management: you are always ahead of your team and clients because you anticipate the next phase of your projects, you set plannings, deadlines, follow ups. You have good management skills and you set and measure KPIs. You always keep an eye on strategic development but also bring continued support to the operational team.

Client relationship management: you develop and sustain long lasting relationships with your clients because you can both handle AND meet their expectations. This talent will lead you to upsell your missions and open new leads.

Sales:  one of the two community builders we recruit has epxerienced in sales : pitching to new clients, understanding their needs, producing insightful propositions. So let's sum it up, we are looking for : one geek and one business developer.

We are looking for two experienced professionals passionate about supporting organizations in their pathway towards more purposeful, people-driven, entrepreneurial and collaborative ways of working.

Your profile: experienced community builder with a consultant mindset and background.

Minimum 3 years of working experience, ideally with experiences in both consulting and community building/management inside companies or communication agency. What do we mean by “community building”? Please visit our website to find out :

You have strong project management, organizational and coordination skills.
You have proven experience in building trustful and long lasting relationships with your clients.
