Job description

We are looking for someone to support our Project Coordinator/COO in her daily tasks, that has some experience with project management and coordination. We’re looking for someone who has a keen passion for and knowledge of social change, and has a deep interest in personal work.  We are looking for someone who is a proficient English speaker, organized, detail-oriented and can work independently.  Finally someone who is at the same time strongly entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented and collaborative.  


Support the Project coordinator/COO with the following tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Global project coordination

  • Working/operational procedures

  • Administrative support:

    • Internal management: systems & policies, ...

    • Finance management: internal management and follow-up of the payments and financial resources/flows

    • Hiring process

    • Legal management

  • Analysis of project data: support in collecting and analyzing internal qualitative and quantitative data across the project (database, graphs/visuals, process improvements, etc)

Profile we’re looking for:

  • Conceptual mind: you don’t need micro-management, you are capable of understanding the concept and work creatively and independently, taking initiatives

  • Thorough: you finalize every task until it’s looking great

  • Analytical mind & detail-oriented: you know that tiny changes in one place might have a big impact somewhere else

  • Helicopter view: you are capable of taking a step back and to understand the ‘why’  before diving deep into a task and get results

  • Organized: you do what you have to do, you can keep deadlines and you feel comfortable juggling with many tasks as well as managing your time & schedule. If you have too much on your plate, you are able to express it in time.

  • Caring communicator: we’re putting much care and attention to each person in the team. We have a strong working culture and our wellbeing is a priority. This is a way to communicate and collaborate that is also within your DNA.

  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word (and/or equivalent Apple programs)

  • You like to have fun!

Nice to have:

  • You also speak French, Spanish, and/or other languages

  • You have experience in the social change sector or as the leader of a social enterprise/initiative

  • You master Asana, Instagantt, Google tools
