1. Ensuring the employability of our students, always looking to increase the rate of employment with each promotion (% of students who get jobs after bootcamp). This includes but is not limited to:
-Strengthen and expand the network of allied companies (seeking new companies, create a strong personal bond with them, attend events organized by the technology sector and entrepreneurship ecosystem, etc.)
-Develop a relevant value offer for the companies of the network.
-Plan and coordinate the process of job placement of graduates of Laboratoria.
-Organize events that help accelerate job placement of graduates (Demo Day, speed interviews, networking events, visits to the center, conferences, workshops, etc.)
-Internally support the development and implementation of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
-Plan and coordinate the project of professional training for students of Laboratoria.
2. Ensure the sale of courses of the Continuing Education Program:
-Support the development of an attractive offer for graduates and allied companies of Laboratoria for the Continuing Education Program.
-Develop and implement a marketing strategy sales for the courses of the Continuing Education Program for the general public.
-Coordinate closely with the communication equipment to contribute to the communication strategy of selling courses.
3. Coordinate the implementation of the programs of the "Alumni Network":
-Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategy of the "alumni network".
-Ensure the commitment and participation of former students in the activities, responsibilities and network events.
4. Lead the business development team of Laboratoria in Mexico, supporting the formation of their team, contributing to continuous improvement of their performance and professional development.
-Support the communication department in the creation and implementation of communication campaigns focused on job placement of Laboratoria graduates and sales courses.
-Support the Department of Finance in the successful implementation of the process of repayment and billing of the placed graduates and the contracting companies.
-Previous experience of minimum 5 years in Business Development, consulting, sales, and/or client management.
-Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to interact with different stakeholders.
-Ability to make sales and negotiations, and to work diplomatically and decisively.
-Ability to work proactively and independently as well as a team, focusing on results.
-Optimistic, persistent and determined personality.
-Full Spanish proficiency spoken and written.
-Excellent English drafting and communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple functions at once.
-Excellent level in Power Point, Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
