MakeSense is a global open community that promotes social entrepreneurship. We believe in a world where all the citizens have the tools and resources necessaries to create an impact in solving the issues that matter the most to them.
We connect volunteers with social entrepreneurs to help them increase their impact by offering their time, skills, knowledge and resources. By using our collective intelligence, we have supported over a thousand social entrepreneurs in 140 cities worldwide. We do this using our online platform and through creativity workshops focused on design thinking methodologies.
This community was born in France and in México, we started working two years ago. Since then, we have created a vibrant community of volunteers and engaged over 2,000 people in 11 cities throughout the county. We also have started an accelerator program focused on water issues, the SenseCube. If you join the team you will work with our regional Community Developers based in Manila, Paris, Beirut and Dakar as well as with the team in México.

Raising awareness about social entrepreneurship in Mexico and in Latin America making visible the social entrepreneurs and their challenges.
Continuously finding ways to connect citizens with social entrepreneurs. So you will have to spot talent in both ends, throughout the region.
Being an active mentor for the social entrepreneurs that we are accelerating in the SenseCube.
Developing and implementing impact measurement methodologies for our work.
Giving workshops and talks in universities, conferences, etc.
