FeetMe is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to expand the commercial organization In France.
Regional Sales Representative responsibilities include growing the awareness, accelerate prospecting and relationship management In France. Work close together with the CCO the Sales team and determine marketing assistance to support continuous growth. If you have a solid sales background In the a B2B function, inspired by innovative medical devices, ideally with relevant experience in a hospital and rehabilitation sector, we’d like to meet you.
Primary role is to grow awareness and sales by delivering exceptional service through team-driven directives and perform product training needs within the assigned region
Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within assigned region
Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs and product in-services
Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends
Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves outreach, demos and support with Sales Management
Travel up to 50% throughout the territory as needed to support our customers

We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements:
1-3 years relevant business experience in B2B sales support
Experience and understanding of the French Hospital and Rehabilitation Centers/Organizations
Medical device industry experience/knowledge is a plus
Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service internally and externally
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platform
Excellence in all forms of communication in regard to FeetMe products
Demonstrated presentations skills
Self-starter with proven leadership qualities
Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement
Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results
