Hello Tomorrow is looking for an intern in event coordination, starting from September for 4 months.

Working with our Events Manager and our Program & Content Manager, your daily missions will be as follows:
Our Global Summit and Deep Tech Days attendees will be equipped with a mobile app and your
role will be to help prepare and upload all the content that they need in it.
❏ Supporting the app configuration and setup.
❏ Attendees mapping: synchronizing the attendees’ information from the registration platform to the mobile application’s one.
❏ Updating information: attendees, speakers, program, partners, logos, exhibitors, etc.
❏ Answering emails from attendees.
❏ Generating promo codes and follow-up.
❏ Operating the attendee lists for side-events.
❏ Supporting the data analysis of the tickets and attendees.
❏ Supporting the Program & Content Manager in the coordination of speaker logistics with the travel agency.
❏ Producing the Speaker booklets.
❏ Following up with suppliers of the event.
❏ Benchmarking suppliers and classifying quotes & invoices.
❏ Supporting the making off of the Global Summit
➢ You are eligible to receive a convention de stage.
➢ Must be available from September until the end of December
➢ You are bilingual in French and English.
➢ You’re a multitasker.
➢ You have a VERY strong attention to details.
➢ You’re enthusiastic and willing to learn.
➢ You’re resourceful and like to solve problems.
➢ You’re adaptable.
➢ You know your way around the G Suite. (Google docs, sheets, etc.)
➢ You actually are good with Excel.
Huge PLUS (but not mandatory):
➢ Previous experience in event organization
➢ Skills in digital marketing (ticketing sales)
