Job Description
- Contribute to management control and budget monitoring:
- Support the preparation of construction/operation budgets and monitor budget deviations.
- Cost controlling: regular updates of CAPEX/OPEX follow up tools for all projects.
- Uphold invoicing discipline for all project companies. Identify and evaluate potential changes and review all third parties’ invoices.
- Support in the preparation of rolling forecasts and building monthly reporting.
- Support in cash management:
- Prepare monthly bank account statements.
- Support in the preparation of monthly cash calls.
Qualifications
- You hold at least a Bachelor's in either of the following areas: Engineering, Management control/Business Administration, Economics or Finance;
- You are fluent in English, Portuguese and/or French would be a plus;
- Technical Knowledge (ERP systems, Reporting tools, financial analysis) and Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package is appreciated;
- Structured and analytical thinker, with excellent attention to detail;
- Team player, organized and resilient - with strong business and personal ethics.
Additional Information
The position is available from June 2024 onwards, for a period of 6 months. You will be based in Lisbon.
